1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Indiaprintpackexpo website, registering for our exhibitions, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SparkMedia Events Pvt. Ltd. ("Organizer," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Definitions

• "Exhibition" refers to the Indiaprintpackexpo trade fair organized by SparkMedia Events Pvt. Ltd.
• "Exhibitor" refers to any individual or company that has registered to display products or services at the Exhibition.
• "Visitor" refers to any individual who has registered to attend the Exhibition.
• "Venue" refers to the physical location where the Exhibition is held.
• "Services" refers to all services provided by the Organizer including website access, registration, exhibition space, and related amenities.

3. Exhibition Registration

3.1 Exhibitor Registration

• All exhibitor applications are subject to approval by the Organizer
• The Organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing reasons
• Exhibitors must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Space allocation is at the sole discretion of the Organizer
• Exhibitors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Visitor Registration

• Visitor registration is required for entry to the Exhibition
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual
• Visitors must carry valid identification and their registration confirmation
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult

4. Exhibitor Terms

4.1 Payment Terms

• Booth fees and all applicable charges must be paid according to the payment schedule provided
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing
• Late payments may result in cancellation of booth allocation
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

4.2 Booth Setup and Operations

• Exhibitors must adhere to designated setup and dismantling schedules
• Booth construction must comply with Organizer guidelines and venue regulations
• Exhibitors are responsible for their booth, equipment, and displayed products
• Noise levels, lighting, and activities must not interfere with neighboring booths
• Distribution of promotional materials is restricted to the exhibitor's own booth area

4.3 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 90 days before the event: 50% refund
• Cancellation 60-90 days before the event: 25% refund
• Cancellation less than 60 days before the event: No refund
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Indiaprintpackexpo website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SparkMedia Events Pvt. Ltd. or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission
• Exhibitors retain ownership of their own intellectual property displayed at the Exhibition
• The Organizer may use photos and videos from the Exhibition for promotional purposes

6. Photography and Recording

By attending the Exhibition, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used by the Organizer for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform event staff.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Limitation of Liability

The Organizer shall not be liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property or exhibits
• Personal injury except where caused by Organizer negligence
• Business losses, lost profits, or consequential damages
• Failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (force majeure)

7.2 Insurance Requirements

Exhibitors are required to obtain adequate insurance coverage including:

• Public liability insurance
• Property insurance for exhibits and equipment
• Workers' compensation for staff (if applicable)

8. Force Majeure

The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Government actions or regulations
• Venue unavailability
• Major utility failures

In such events, the Organizer may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the Exhibition. Refund policies will be communicated as applicable.

9. Code of Conduct

All participants must:

• Behave professionally and respectfully toward all attendees
• Comply with venue rules and safety regulations
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Not distribute unauthorized promotional materials
• Not engage in activities that may damage the Exhibition's reputation

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without refund.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree:

• Not to use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Not to transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Not to interfere with the website's functionality
• To provide accurate information in all forms and registrations

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the Exhibition shall be:

• First attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation
• Subject to arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India if negotiation fails
• Governed by the laws of India
• Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat

12. Modifications

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
